Privacy Policy

Moe Designs FZE-LLC Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Last updated: 4 October 2026

This policy explains what information our messaging app collects when you interact with Instagram accounts operated by Moe Designs FZE-LLC (including @mo.alhakeem), how we use it, and how you can have it deleted.

Who we are

Moe Designs FZE-LLC ("we", "us") runs a self-hosted messaging tool connected to Instagram professional accounts through Meta's Instagram API. The tool only works on accounts we own. We do not offer it to other businesses.

What we collect

When you comment on one of our Instagram posts or send us a direct message, Meta shares the following with our app:

your Instagram-scoped user ID, username, and profile name and picture, when Meta provides them;

the text of your comment and the post it was left on;

the messages you send to our account, and our replies to you;

the time of each interaction.

We do not collect your password, your email address, your phone number or your contacts, and we see nothing from your account beyond what you send to ours.

How we use it

To reply to your comment publicly and, when you ask for a resource by keyword, to send you that resource in a direct message.

To answer messages you send us.

To tag the conversation by topic (for example, which free resource you asked for) so we don't send you the same message twice.

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except the hosting provider that runs our server under contract.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data is stored on systems we control. We keep conversation records for up to 12 months after your last interaction, then delete them.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. Follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email hala@moedesigns.io with your Instagram username. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email or direct message.
