What was unique about working with Noktatayn Studio and its founder Nidal was that we were thinking together. Noktatayn is a consulting studio in entrepreneurship, usually helping projects to start and expand. The task of designing services usually falls on me because most of my clients are not in the field of entrepreneurship.

After doing our customer stories exercise, where we imagine the journey of the targeted customers on the website, we found that we can distribute the six services provided by Noktatayn into two parts. "Start Your Project" and "Expand Your Project" are the two parts. The reason is that targeting Noktatayn are these two different categories of business owners. When we separate the services for each category, we can speak their language about what specifically matters to them, and we can provide client testimonials that address their concerns.

The rest of the project journey was smooth except for the part of making the website in Arabic/English in WordPress. Even though WordPress has excellent features, the tool is not the best in supporting bilingual commercial websites. We reached the desired result, but not without effort. Challenges create experiences, and I am very happy with the experience.
