These are the words of trained expert Khawla Al Matyowi (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) to describe her training activity.
I didn't think much before accepting the project because this kind of knowledge is useful for our Arab society and aligns perfectly with my goal of creating websites and selling expertise.
Challenge and Goal
We had to design consulting services and pricing, and then design a platform that brings together the specialist's consulting services with her training courses.
Target Audience Study
We conducted surveys, both simple and complex, and personal interviews with a sample from the target audience. We also studied competitors in the local and global market.
