And the goal here is specialization (as usual). My methodology is simple, I ask the specialist (my client) what problems his solution solves? He usually replies with 5-7, and here I respond with a simple sentence: choose only three. The exercise of writing the client's story produces a sales script, a way to talk about the brand in general or the product in more detail in a way that interests the potential customer because he is the hero in the story, not the specialist.
