After 10 years of practicing, it's time to go digital.
Enter Mohammed, the consultant whose job is to challenge beliefs. No matter how expert an entrepreneur is, he needs a fresh perspective to objectively see future opportunities because he wasn't involved in the project's creation. Remember, you can't see the forest for the trees.
Strategy is a sacrifice exercise. What are the services that we won't provide anymore, and who are the audiences that we won't serve? All of this is for the sake of deep specialization and mastery.
It is said that a business consultant is a life coach, but the most expensive, this statement is very true. Some of the exercises we have done:
Building a StoryBrand
And the goal here is specialization (as usual). My methodology is simple, I ask the specialist (my client) what problems his solution solves? He usually replies with 5-7, and here I respond with a simple sentence: choose only three. The exercise of writing the client's story produces a sales script, a way to talk about the brand in general or the product in more detail in a way that interests the potential customer because he is the hero in the story, not the specialist.
