3 steps to expand your project

Are you spending your time on the essential thing?

Established a venture selling expertise, services, or even products. It has been a year or two and the profits have now started to stabilize and may even be declining at times. Dear founder, if you look at what you are doing today, make sure there are 20% of tasks that give 80% of the results. Conversely, 80% of what you do every day is very small.
